The 2018 WTA Finals tournament will take place in Kallang, Singapore. This will be the 48th edition of the singles event and will be the final year the competition will be staged in Singapore.
A total of eight players will compete in the tournament and the players will qualify based on the total number of qualifying points from sixteen competitions throughout the year. Results from the four Grand Slam events and the four Premier Mandatory tournaments must be included.
The eight players will be split into two groups of four, with a round-robin format. The top two will progress to the semi-final, with the winners contesting the final. The defending champion is Caroline Wozniacki but who will challenge the Dane this year?
